A key component of the Hear for Kids service is the support provided at Early Childhood Development Programs (ECDPs), currently operating at Taigum and Yeerongpilly. This program is partly funded by Children's Health Queensland's Healthy Hearing Program.

Speech Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists work in collaboration with Education Queensland professionals, including Teachers of the Deaf, Auslan Language Models and Educational Interpreters, to provide children with individual or group therapy support.
