Disability Action Week Golf Day 2017
Deaf Services Queensland, My Pathway, STEPS Group and FNQ Volunteers will be hosting a special Golf Day at the Cairns Golf Club. The Disability Action Week Golf Day was a first for Cairns last year and was very successful. The event includes a 9-Hole 4-Ball Ambrose competition for golfers and a Putting and Driving Range competition for novices. People with a disability, service providers and the general public will be invited to participate in this event.
FREE putting competition and driving range for novices
When: Thursday, 14 September 2017
Where: Cairns Golf Club, Links Drive, Woree
Time: 12- 5pm
12pm: BBQ lunch
1.30pm: Competition begins
4pm: Presentation of awards
9-Hole 4-Ball Ambrose: $60 per player (incudes cart, BBQ lunch, prizes, 1 free drink)
Gold $500 - Team of 4 players (9-Hole 4-Ball Ambrose), lunch, banner, information stall
Silver $300 - Team of 4 players (9-Hole 4-Ball Ambrose), lunch, banner
Bronze $150 - 1 player and/or Information stall
